We will cover the basics of comedy improv, learning the value of “Yes, and…” as well as spontaneity, listening to your scene partner, creating funny characters and learning how to think fast and have fun. We will explore long and short form improv, with games and exercises to help overcome stage fright and work up to larger groups as the week continues. We also plan to showcase a private performance for parents, friends and family at the end of their classes.
